Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli’nin Uygulanmasında Pedagojik Zekâ: Programdan Sınıf İçi Öğrenme Yaşantılarına Kavramsal Bir Çerçeve
Özet
Bu bölümde Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli’nin program düzeyindeki hedeflerinin sınıf içi öğrenme yaşantılarına nasıl dönüştürülebileceği pedagojik zekâ kavramı çerçevesinde ele alınmaktadır. Model; bilgi, beceri, eğilim, değer, bütüncül gelişim, farklılaştırma, öğrenme kanıtları ve dijital yetkinlik gibi unsurları bir araya getiren kapsamlı bir eğitim yaklaşımı sunmaktadır. Ancak programda tanımlanan bu unsurların sınıf ortamında anlamlı öğrenme deneyimlerine dönüşmesi, öğretmenin yalnızca programı bilmesine değil, programı öğrencilerin özellikleri, sınıf bağlamı, öğrenme ihtiyaçları, değerlendirme süreçleri, dijital imkânlar ve etik sorumluluklarla ilişkilendirebilmesine bağlıdır. Bu doğrultuda pedagojik zekâ, öğretmenin bilgi, deneyim, değer, bağlam ve öğrenci yararı arasında gerekçeli ve uyarlanabilir kararlar alabilme kapasitesi olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bölümde öncelikle pedagojik zekâ kavramının Rubin, Shulman, Dewey ve Schön’ün çalışmalarıyla ilişkili kuramsal temelleri açıklanmakta; ardından pedagojik muhakeme, bağlamsal karar verme, öğreneni tanıma, öğrenme tasarımı ve değerlendirme, yansıtıcı uygulama, teknoloji ve yapay zekâyı pedagojik amaçla kullanma ile değer, etik ve kapsayıcı sorumluluk bileşenleri tartışılmaktadır. Sonuç olarak pedagojik zekâ, Türkiye Yüzyılı Maarif Modeli’nin sınıf içi uygulamada yalnızca uygulanmasını değil, öğretmen tarafından pedagojik olarak yeniden anlamlandırılmasını mümkün kılan bütünleştirici bir kavramsal çerçeve olarak öne çıkmaktadır.
