NEOLİBERALİZMİN KISKACINDA EĞİTİM: ELEŞTİREL BİR ÇÖZÜMLEME

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, neoliberalizmin eğitimdeki yansımalarını kuramsal düzeyde ve performans odaklı yönetim modellerinin eğitim pratiklerine nasıl yansıtıldığını çözümlemeyi içermektedir. Bu doğrultuda, eğitim programının araçsallaşması, eğitimin bir yatırım nesnesine dönüşmesi ve performans kültürünün bireyler üzerindeki sembolik etkisine de neoliberalizm bağlamında değinilmiştir. Çalışma, özellikle eleştirel pedagoji literatürüne dayanarak programın teknikleşmesi, öğretmen özerkliğinin zayıflaması ve başarının rakamlara indirgenmesi gibi güncel sorunlara odaklanmaktadır. Çalışmanın, eğitim programlarının piyasa taleplerinden arındırılarak yeniden demokratik ve özgürleştirici bir zemine nasıl taşınabileceğine dair bir perspektifin gelişmesine katkı sunması düşünülmektedir.
