Özet

Gebelikte akut karın; obstetrik, jinekolojik, cerrahi, ürolojik ve medikal birçok patolojiye bağlı gelişebilen, maternal ve fetal morbidite açısından önem taşıyan klinik bir tablodur. Gebeliğe bağlı anatomik ve fizyolojik değişiklikler semptom ve fizik muayene bulgularını değiştirebilmekte, laboratuvar sonuçlarının yorumlanmasını ve görüntüleme yöntemlerinin seçimini güçleştirebilmektedir. Değerlendirmede maternal stabilizasyon öncelikli olmalı; obstetrik ve obstetrik dışı nedenler eş zamanlı olarak araştırılmalıdır. Ultrasonografi ilk basamak görüntüleme yöntemi olup, gerekli durumlarda manyetik rezonans görüntüleme ve bilgisayarlı tomografiden yararlanılabilir. Cerrahi tedavi gerektiren durumlarda gebelik nedeniyle tanı ve tedavinin geciktirilmemesi önemlidir. Bu bölümde gebelikte akut karına sistematik yaklaşım, başlıca obstetrik ve obstetrik dışı nedenler, tanısal yöntemler ve temel tedavi prensipleri güncel bilgiler doğrultusunda ele alınmıştır.
