Onlay, Overlay, Full Kuron Resorasyonlar
Özet
Anterior (ön) ve posterior (arka) dişler anatomik ve histolojik olarak birbirinden oldukça farklıdır. Posterior dişler fonksiyon sırasında yoğun oklüzal kuvvetlere maruz kalmaktadır. Anterior dişler ve posterior dişler, temporomandibular eklemin koruyucu mekanizmalarıyla yük dağılımı yönetilerek, hizmet etmektedir. Posterior dişlerin restorasyon planlamasında farklı yönlerde gelen oklüzal yükler göz önünde bulundurularak tedavi planlaması yapılmalıdır. Posterior dişlerin çok köklü olması, değişken oklüzal morfolojileri, mine ve dentin doku kalınlıkların değişmesi restorasyon planlamasını doğrudan etkilemektedir. Direkt ya da indirekt (inley, onlay, overlay, full kuron) restorasyonlar planlanırken kalan sağlam diş doku miktarı, tüberküllerin durumu, dişin canlılığı, oklüzal dikey boyut mesafesi, üst ve alt çene dişlerin oklüzal ilişkisi, periodontal dokular gibi pek çok parametre değerlendirilmektedir.
